Board of Directors

The Board provides overall policy direction, strategic oversight, and fiduciary governance. It ensures adherence to corporate principles, approves annual budgets, and reviews the performance of the management team.

Managing Director (MD)

The Managing Director provides executive leadership and is responsible for overall management, strategic implementation, and stakeholder engagement. The MD directly oversees the operations of all subsidiaries, departments, and special projects.

Subsidiary and Departmental Framework

The company operates through core subsidiaries that manage specific value chain areas, supported by cross-cutting departments that provide technical, administrative, and operational services.

Core Departments and Units

  • Finance and Administration Department: Oversees financial planning, accounting, payroll, procurement, and compliance with statutory regulations (CAC, FIRS, NESREA, NAFDAC). Ensures prudent management of resources and transparency in operations.
  • Research, Innovation, and Development (RID) Unit: Leads agronomic trials, product innovation, data-driven decision-making, and technology integration. Collaborates with research institutes and partners to enhance productivity and sustainability.
  • Marketing and Business Development Department: Manages branding, sales, customer relations, and market expansion strategies. Leads business growth initiatives, export linkages, and partnership development.
  • Sustainability and Farmer Extension Unit: Coordinates community engagement, environmental compliance, and farmer training. Promotes sustainable agricultural practices and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Unit: Tracks project and operational performance, measures outcomes, and provides insights for continuous improvement. Ensures accountability and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Operations and Logistics Department
    Handles supply chain coordination, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and distribution logistics across subsidiaries and field locations.
  • Human Resources and Administration (HR&A) Department: Manages recruitment, staff development, performance management, welfare, and internal communication. Fosters an enabling work culture focused on growth, discipline, and innovation.
